Today we walked around the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Garden. We saw huge carp & a bonsi tree that is 120 years old. Next we walked around Gastown & saw a steam clock. We are flying on to the UK tonite.

Commonwealth Games in Glasgow

Am looking forward to following our athletes at the Games especially in athletics. I have been away in N Z teams with many of them and I feel so proud of there achievements to date. Go Valerie Adams, Sarah Cowley, Nick Willis and the team. There is nothing to beat standing on a dias with the NZ flag above you, & the national anthem playing. Go Kiwi's!!
